Subscription Terms

When you choose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") option, you enroll in a recurring order. By subscribing, you authorize CortexMD to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing frequency: every 28 days.
Amount: the price shown at checkout for your selected plan. Any subscription discount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Renewal: your subscription renews automatically every 28 days. We send an email reminder before each renewal where required by law.

How to cancel
You can cancel any time, with no fee, before your next billing date — from your account page or by emailing support@cortexmd.co. Cancellation stops all future charges. Orders already placed are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
