90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked. This applies even if the bottle has been opened or partially used — we want you to be able to try CortexMD completely risk-free.

How to start a return
Email us at support@cortexmd.co with your order number and we'll send you instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are sent to: 885 Tahoe Blvd, Incline Village, NV, 89451, United States. Please don't ship items back before requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your return we'll confirm your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@cortexmd.co.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to the 90-day guarantee above.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
